TopCAT, a suite of mobile-learning applications, officially launched on November 6, 2008 by Deltecs InfoTech Pvt Ltd in association with the world leader in global publishing and financial services, Tata McGraw-Hill.

TopCAT is a M-Learning program for students who are aiming to improve their vocabulary and to bell the Common Admission Test (CAT) and CET, SNAP, SAT, GRE, GMAt etc exams.

TopCAT, an M-learning initiative, will enable CAT aspirants and others to test their verbal ability quotient, do last-minute revisions and monitor their speed and accuracy in problem-solving.

The TopCAT suite of products allows students to test their knowledge through an interactive interface on their mobile phones. It also offers the functionality of timed tests and scoring/analysis of the tests.

The TopCAT application does not require a continuous GPRS connection and can be accessed by students offline on their mobile devices, giving them the freedom to use it whenever and wherever required.
